At Baby World, we aim to provide a smooth, reliable, and fast delivery experience so your little one’s essentials reach you safely and on time.

📬 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚚 Delivery Time & Charges

Baby World offers nationwide delivery through trusted courier partners.

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 working days (location dependent)

  • Delivery Charges: Calculated at checkout

  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for all orders.

  • Please ensure your contact number is reachable for order confirmation.

📦 Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed via call or SMS/WhatsApp.

  • Unconfirmed orders may be automatically canceled after 72 hours.

📦 Packaging & Safety

Your baby’s items are packed with extra care:

  • Hygienic, sealed packaging

  • Protection from dust, moisture, and handling damage

  • Each order is double-checked before dispatch

❗ Undeliverable Packages

Your order may be returned to us if:

  • The courier is unable to contact you

  • The address is incomplete or incorrect

  • The package is refused at delivery

In such cases, you may need to place a new order with updated details.
